We require your dog be up to date on DHPP (Distemper) Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and Rabies before coming in for the Meet & Greet.

Three daycare reservations are required prior to boarding.
Playgroups
Stay has 5 different playgroups every day. The general playgroups are labeled as Large, Medium, and Puppies. We also have a Senior Group and Ruff Riders group for dogs who are more selective in their play.
Playgroup times are different for Seniors and Ruff Riders.
All daycare dogs must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months. If they are not they will participate in solo play.
Ruff Rider Playgroup
This group plays twice daily with no more than 6 dogs in each group. There is limited availability for this group and any new clients will be added to the waitlist.
This playgroup is a daycare oriented playgroup and boarding options are only available for dogs that come on a regular basis.
*An additional fee of $10/day will be added for daycare or boarding
Solo Play Time
Any dogs that require one on one care due to temperament or if not spayed/neutered will receive individualized care

Why does my dog need to come in for daycare before I board him/her?
Daycare visits are a perfect time for us to get to know your dog. There may be some behaviors that arise as your dog becomes more comfortable and we want to keep everyone safe.
Do I need to bring my dog on a specific day? Are there any restrictions?
First Timer daycare visits can be scheduled any day Monday – Sunday. Non-holiday weeks preferred to ensure your pet is not overwhelmed.
Why does my dog need to be spayed/neutered? (S/He never mounts at the dog park)
Dogs can smell other dogs who have not been neutered and there can be conflict with your pet. It may sometimes not be your own dog but others can see it as a challenge for dominance.
Can I request for my dog to be in a specific group?
Yes, however if we feel the safety of the dogs is jeopardized (i.e. having a large dog in puppy group or small dog in large) we will make necessary changes.
Do you ever ban or kick out dogs?
The only situation that would result in Stay banning a dog would be if there is human aggression and our handlers are unable to properly care for your dog.
